This weekend Russell Jackson will be launching the first general election campaign canvassing session for the May 2015 election in Lewisham West and Penge. We will be kicking off in Crystal Palace on Saturday 27th September at 10am. Meeting at the corner of Lawrie Park Crescent and Lawrie Park Road Crystal Palace. This will be followed by lunch at 12pm at and we will have an afternoon session at 2pm. Russell would be delighted if you could come along and join him either for the morning or afternoon session, or preferrably both.

Join rising star Kwasi Kwarteng MP for dinner and drinks in Sydenham. Kwasi is the MP for Spelthorne having been elected in 2010.Holding a PhD in economic history from Cambridge University, he has penned books on subjects as diverse as the British Empire, traffic management and coalition politics. Lewisham Conservatives are happy to invite you to the launch of the 2014 local election campaign on the 27th February 2014 . The event will take place at the Grade II listed Rivoli Ballroom in Brockley, the last remaining 1950s ballroom in the capital. May 22nd 2014 will see the election of Lewisham's directly elected Mayor, 54 Borough Councillors, as well as London's 8 members of the European Parliament.

"Shed Heaven," a community project launched by Grove Park Community Group has reached the final stage of the People's Millions. They will be competing for funding worth £50,000 and they need our help!!! Voting will be open from 9.00am until midnight on 27th November 2013.

The Sydenham and Bellingham ward of West Lewisham and Penge Conservative association invite you to supper on the 19th October. The event will take place at 77 Dartmouth Road, Lewisham, London SE23 3XU. Our guest speaker will be Clare Whelan, Lambeth councillor and former parliamentary candidate in 1997 for Lewisham West. Clare recently received her OBE in the 2013 new years honours list for services to local government in London. Tickets are £15 each and include wine.
