Congratulations to all concerned on the reopening of Blackheath Library on November 22nd.
Following Mayor Steve Bullock's decision to close Blackheath Library on the old Blackheath Grove site the local community has refused to accept defeat and rallied round culminating in the completion of the final phase of the new library on the Age Exchange premises.
